Join Greta for the launch of her first publication – ‘Greta’s Herbs, Growing Wild in the West of Ireland’. The evening will be presented by T.J. O’Connor, Senior Culinary Lecturer, IT Tralee. This gathering will be a celebration of Greta’s first publication and will be of interest to anyone who enjoys growing and using herbs. This 160 page, neatly sized book is full colour throughout and features over 100 varieties with beautiful images by poetic, wilderness photographer Rob Beighton. It is thread sewn with a laminated cover, making it user-friendly and durable.
