Stephen launched his first full length collection with Inisciúin Press, in the Leitrim Glens Centre, Manorhamilton, his home town.
A former All Ireland Slam Poetry Champion and European Slam Finalist, live performances have seen him described as the highlight of the Electric Picnic in the Irish Times, as well as receiving standing ovations from venues ranging from the Abbey Theatre to the Round Room of the Mansion House, with many others in between. From The Sea Hound is the first full-length collection of poetry from Leitrim man, Stephen Murphy. He has often been called the peoples poet. His work is scathing, controversial, warm and full of insight into the Ireland of today. He tackles the things which matter to us both as individuals and as a nation and has performed to tens of thousands of people on several occasions.

Foilsíodh saothar dá chuid in irisí éagsúla, Icarus agus Comhar ina measc. Roghnaíodh í don scéim Introductions de chuid Poetry Ireland in 2017.
Anuraidh d’eisigh sí sraith físdánta i gcomhar le Áras Scríbhneoirí na hÉireann. Tugadh coimisiún di dán a scríobh i gcomhair sraith UNESCO Dublin City of Literature 2015, agus scríobh sí dán do chluiche ceannais Pheil na mBan 2018 a fuair breis is 300,000 radharc ar líne.
Ciara Ní É is from Dublin who among many of her accolades started REIC, an open mic night with poetry, rap and stories as Gaeilge. She writes, travels, gets commissioned and has more than 300000 views on youtube for her poem about 2018 women’s football.
