Strolling through time: geology-meets-poetry landscape walk
Join geologists from the Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences and Professor Michael Stephenson of the British Geological Survey for a short geology-meets-poetry walk lasting approximately 1 hour. Exploring the landscape poetry of Hughes, Auden and Heaney, we will take you on a journey through the Earth’s history using both a geologist’s eye and a poet’s verse. Bring pen and paper, should inspiration strike!
