Group show of work from artists who attend Gairdín Mhuire centre for older people on the theme of Fréamhacha or Roots.
The theme will be interpreted in two ways
– literal studies of trees and roots that also have resonance of belonging and growing roots in new places
– traditions that root us, honouring how generations before us connected with the land, with nature, food and music.
