This collection is of small mixed media illustrations with familiar food as the subject matter. I’m drawn to the simple beauty of food that is part of our everyday experience. These illustrations are built up slowly with layers of ink and pencil, with hopes of capturing the feelings of comfort, nostalgia and joy that food brings.
