Paul Kingsnorth is an English writer living on a smallholding in County Galway. He is the author of ten books, including the Buckmaster Trilogy of novels, the first of which was longlisted for the Man Booker Prize. He is also co-founder of the Dark Mountain Project, an international artistic movement exploring the ecological, social and cultural unravelling that is underway.
