Chloe (Sonas Sounds) will be creating a restorative sonic experience, guiding you on a journey with the unique and powerful sounds of gongs, bowls and other elemental and world instruments. This immersive experience is designed to enliven the senses, to soothe the nervous system and give you time to rest and receive through contemplative deep listening.
Come along, lay down and receive. Please bring something comfortable to lie on, and a blanket for warmth. Not suitable for those with a pace-maker or similar medical devices, epilepsy or during the first trimester of pregnancy.
