The artist brings birds to life through vivid detail and personality-driven compositions. Featuring blue tits, a kestrel, and a stonechat, each painting reflects the unique character of its subject. The artist applies keen observation and a storytelling approach to make Birdwatch a celebration of birds and their nature.
Lynn Stratton
The Artist’s life is submerged in the countryside and its wildlife. Her ceramic birds will give a close up 3D view to the winged wonders that fly around us plus some that we never get close to. Her work was mainly about mammals but Birds have started to appear more of late, although there will be a mammal or two at the exhibition. Her medium is Crank Clay, which is very malleable and works really well for these pieces, They are finished with stain and acrylic.
