Transcendence Jess Irwin

In this exhibition the artist asks viewers to look beyond the surface and discover the intangible energy that connects us all. The artist explores the positive effect of light, colour and textures and enquires whether they can they evoke a sense of spiritual elevation, offering glimpses of a higher reality. Each piece is a visual meditation in the way light, colour and textures can evoke a sense of spiritual elevation.
The bird represents the soul’s journey towards liberation and freedom. Birds have the ability to soar above earthly constraints, and their flight is a constant reminder to rise above, break through boundaries and experience moments of transcendence.
Birds’ flight is a reflection of the human potential to transcend the limitations of everyday life.
