Larry Donnelly is a Boston born and educated attorney who holds both American and Irish passports.  Larry relocated to his ancestral Ireland to take up a visiting fellowship in the School of Law at NUI Galway in 2001.  He is now a Lecturer and Director of Clinical Legal Education in the law school.
