Climate Change Discussion with Peter Thorne

Fascinating discussion on climate change by specialist Prof. Peter Thorne, director of ICARUS Climate Research Centre at Maynooth University with Mary Kiernan of Transition Kerry.

He was a coordinating lead author in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change 6th assessment working group 1 report and a Section Facilitator on the Synthesis report. He undertakes numerous roles for the Global Climate Observing System and the World Meteorological Organisation. He is also a member of the Climate Change Advisory Council and Chair of its adaptation committee.
